Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number within 60 days of receiving your order. Once an RMA number is issued, the return must be postmarked within 15 days.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the package of the return. Additionally, in your return package, you must include a paper with the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• RMA Number

All returned items are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Restocking fee may be higher based on item condition.
