Why is there a shipping charge on my order?

Shipping charges may apply when:

  • The order is shipping outside of the Continental United States.
  • You selected an expedited shipping service.
  • Your order total is less than $75.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before noon (CST) are usually shipped the same day. UPS transit times can be viewed under shipping information Shipping and Delivery. For other carriers, please call 855-899-9040.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with the shipment tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in the email. You can also track your order by logging into your account. If you are unable to see shipment status online, please call 855-899-9040.
